The School Day

Hours of attendance:

Morning Session

8.40am - 12.00noon

Afternoon Session

1.00pm - 3.15pm

Compulsory timings

08:40-15:15 = 32 hours & 55 minutes per week / 1250 hours & 50 minutes per year

Normal supervision is provided by staff from 8.40am, and parents are advised that children should not arrive before this time unless pre-arranged with the school. Please let the children come through the door into school on their own - we find this little bit of independence from their parents is very helpful in building up confidence.

Registration is at 8.50am.

Children arriving late must be accompanied into school, and their arrival reported to the office.

At the end of the day, parents should collect their children personally from the Class Teacher.

We currently signpost parents to local childcare providers for before and after school care. Please ask the office for further details.
